Lizstar headquarters was established 34 years ago in Yangon, Myanmar. Our mission is to provide best-in-class Ship Management, Technical Services and Myanmar Seafarers' Crewing to Ship Owners and Managers.
1989
Founded Triple Four Associates in Yangon to operate Crew Manning Agency Business.
1990
Established LIZSTAR ENTERPRISE CO., LTD., registered at Ministry of Commerce in Thailand.
1991
Lizstar has registered for Myanmar Seamen Recruitment with Seamen Employment Control Division (SECD) under the Department of Marine Administration in Myanmar.
1995
Lizstar has registered for Certificate of Incorporation No.1079/1995-1996, under Ministry of National Planning and Economic Development in Myanmar.
1998
Lizstar has proposed preliminary assessment scope for provision of Marine Crewing Service under certification of Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance ISO9002:1994.
1999
Lizstar has been approved by Lloyd’s to the quality Management System Standards ISO9002:1994, Certificate No.403200 as firstly certified in Myanmar.
2000
Lizstar has been recognized and issued the Document of Manning Agent under the provision of Myanmar Merchant Shipping Act Section 24, with the authority of the Department of Marine Administration, Ministry of Transport, the Government of the Union of Myanmar, Certificate No.0002.
2001
Lizstar has invested as major shareholder for Medical Service Provider at THUKHAGABAR GENERAL HOSPITAL, Yangon Myanmar.
2003
Established LIZSTAR (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore for providing Ships Management Services.
2012
Established LIZSTAR LINE CO., LTD, in Myanmar for operating the Ocean Going Vessels, under Joint-Venture with NGL, Japan.
2013
With Joint-Venture Business Co-Operation with NGL/Japan, successfully registered Myanmar Flag Vessel MV.LIZSTAR GLORY under the BBC/Ownership of LIZSTAR LINE.
2015
Lizstar Trading Co., Ltd has signed "THE REPRESENTATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT" with Idemitsu International (Asia) Pte Ltd. and affiliate companies Idemitsu Kosan Co., Ltd, Japan for the Business of Oil and Gas Industry in Myanmar.
2018
Lizstar’s ISO certification was changed from Lloyd's to ClassNK and approved under ISO9001:2015 registration no. Class NK 18-810 dated October 18, 2018 and subsequently obtained certificate no. MLC-DMLC-SRPS-179, dated November 22, 2018.
2019
MV.LIZSTAR GLORY has been sold out and terminated the JV Business technically between NGL and LIZSTAR.
